Safety is at the heart of everything we do, guiding every operation, delivery, and customer interaction to ensure the highest standards of protection and reliability.
Use an approved regulator and hose.
Regulator -Only purchase approved regulators or those that carry the code EN16129 or EN12864, usually stamped at the top of the regulator. It is recommended to be changed every 5 years.
Hose – Ensure the hose is approved for LPG use and is clearly marked with ‘LPG’ on it or has the code EN559. Inspect regularly for cracks, kinks or damages. Replace immediately if any are found or every two years as a safety precaution.
Soapy water leak test
Brush soapy water on the regulator joint. Bubbles mean a leak — close the valve and call us.

Ventilate the area immediately or remove the cylinder outdoors if it's safe to do so.
